Kei te haere koe ki hea?
Where are you off to? Where are you going?
- this example uses tone of voice to ask a question

In response, remove the question word ‘hea’ and replace with the location, for example:

“Kei te haere au ki te pāti” – I'm going to the party.

“Kei te haere au ki Tāmaki Makaurau” – I'm going to Auckland.
